Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.

Refund process

Registered Member Refunds:

Registered Members (not VIP) must contact Kembrel within 30 days of receiving the item they wish to return. Item must be undamaged, unwashed, and unworn with tags still attached, and must be sent back with the original packing slip.

Once a Kembrel Customer Service Representative has sent a complimentary prepaid UPS label for the return, the item(s) must be shipped back to Kembrel's headquarters within 14 days. As soon as we receive the item(s), we will issue a return or exchange based on your preference. A refund to the original method of payment will post approximately two business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

VIP Member Refunds:

VIP Members must contact Kembrel within 90 days of receiving the item they wish to return. Item must be undamaged, unwashed, and unworn with tags still attached, and must be sent back with the original packing slip.

To make an exchange, please contact Kembrel Customer Service within the timeline listed for returns above. We will work with you to accommodate your exchange, subject to merchandise availability at the time.

Web Merchandise

To return your merchandise purchased online, please contact us to use one of the following methods:

SmartLabel

A prepaid, preaddressed UPS SmartLabel will be sent to you via email when you have contacted us within the window for return. Print and affix the SmartLabel to your package, careful to remove or cover the original shipping label. No postage is required. You must ship the package within 14 days of receiving the SmartLabel. Available within the US only.

In-Store

Our stores will accept and process all merchandise returns that are accompanied with an original packing list.


Store Merchandise

Store merchandise must be returned within 30 days for registered customers (non-VIP) or 90 days for VIP members. Item must be undamaged, unwashed, and unworn with tags still attached, and must be returned with the original receipt.

Final Sale

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Undergarments & lingerie
  • Bathing suits & swimwear
  • Personal care (cosmetics, hair care, hygiene, etc)
  • Food
  • International purchases

International Customers

All international orders are final sale – we are unable to accept any returns OR exchanges.

International customers are responsible for customs and local taxes levied by the destination country. The terms of sale for international shipments are DAP.

Canadian Residents: Item(s) will be shipped via UPS.
All other international residents: Item(s) will be shipped via USPS (USD 30 flatrate).

International VIP Members: The VIP service does not include free shipping for international orders. International VIPs receive a 20% discount off merchandise only.
